  • How to access internet bank using Mobile DigiPass?

  • What to do if you have forgotten your Mobile DigiPass password?

    Mobile Digipass password cannot be reset.

    If you don’t remember the password, order Mobile Digipass replacement. This can be done as follows:

    • If you have Latvian electronic signature (eParaksts): use eParaksts to log in to the internet bank or mobile application and send a message requesting new Mobile Digipass. Bank will send you a form to be completed and signed with eParaksts
    • If you also have physical token: use the token to log in to the internet bank or mobile application and send a message requesting new Mobile Digipass. Bank will send you a form to be completed and signed using the physical token
    • Visit the bank’s office in Riga

    Customer messages are processed during the bank’s business hours – on business days from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m.

  • What to do if you want to change the smartphone or tablet on which Mobile Digipass is installed?

    Mobile Digipass is a token bound to a particular device – smartphone or tablet. If you change your device, you need to request a new Mobile Digipass. This can be done as follows:

    • If you still possess the device with Mobile Digipass installed: log in to the internet bank or mobile application and send a message requesting new Mobile Digipass. Bank will send you a form to be completed and signed using current Mobile Digipass.
    • If you have Latvian electronic signature (eParaksts): use eParaksts to log in to the internet bank or mobile application and send a message requesting new Mobile Digipass. Bank will send you a form to be completed and signed with eParaksts.
    • If you also have physical token: use the token to log in to the internet bank or mobile application and send a message requesting new Mobile Digipass. Bank will send you a form to be completed and signed using the physical token.
    • Visit the bank’s office in Riga.
    • If none of the above options are suitable for you: please call our Customer Service at +371 67025555 on business days from 9.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. or contact your personal manager at the bank.
